Her strengths lie in three areas: Building products from scratch, horizon scanning and strategic foresight and mapping customer experiences that fit the brand - all delivered with the absolute focus on growth.

And she is passionate about helping businesses get closer to their customers through proper customer discovery, to find their competitive edge.

Her expertise leading several owner-led business models has resulted in a deep understanding of business strategy, innovation, stakeholder management, organisational culture, customer strategies, profit & loss strategy, risk management and the ability to dive into new industries quickly.


Pip has worked with corporate clients like AMP, Coles, The Country Road Group, 2XU, Vicinity Centres, CUB, Treasury Wine Estates, Museum Victoria, Melbourne Zoos, the Vic Gov, T2, Equity Trustees, Tangerine, Bega Foods and Mondo Energy in Australia.  And in London, worked on Proctor & Gamble business for many years and was the Marketing Manager at Virgin Energy, a Branson startup sold to London Electricity.
